PROCEDURE
The Process followed after the initial contact with the customer is as follows:
Step 1
The Customer receives an explanation of the Services offered, along with the cost structure of the services and contractual/payment terms. Further explanations, if needed, can be given/discussed, usually via social media or over the phone.
Step 2
The Client, if interested, completes a questionnaire / application for services. Please note that the Fashion Consultation is necessary for any of the other services to be offered.
Step 3
The Client receives a formal offer for the requested services. The Customer, if the offer is acceptable, signs the acceptance of the offer and returns the signed copy.
Step 4
A meeting is organized to launch the Consultation.
